Gather Your Info!
After you click on “Register Now” below, you will be taken to Active Camp Registration, which our secure registration site. Once in the Active portal, select this year’s session.
The registration process will ask for information about your camper. Please be prepared to provide Health Insurance policy details as well as information about your camper’s health care needs while at camp. You will have an opportunity to provide details about as medications and special health care requirements. You will also be asked about funding your camper’s canteen and activity preferences for your camper while at camp.
(Check out our FAQ’s below for additional details on Active Registration and the canteen)

Chicagoland FC Camp is open to young people ages 8 to 18 (through the summer after their high school graduation)
It is located in Waupella, IL at the Illinois District Camp campgrounds.
-
We encourage parents to carefully check answers to the registration questions. Sometimes the browser’s autofill feature will auto populate answers provided in previous years. This often happens with fields like age, grade level, and graduation year.
(Errors in the registration details can cause hang up for camp staff when sorting for teams and classes. We'd hate for your high school student to be sorted as a grade schooler.)
The default amount allocated for a canteen account when registering is $30. After you have added the canteen to the "cart" it will become editable and you can adjust it to the desired level.. Amounts can be adjusted in person at check in the first day of camp, too.
When you have completed the online registration process you will receive an email confirming the completed camper registration. Make sure to review the email, there will be details about some additional supplemental forms to fill out. This form is a required Camper Waiver required for all campers by FC.
We are requiring all registered campers to provide an updated digital photo for each individual camper on your Active account. This will only be used by staff in order to learn new names/faces.

Canteen money can be spent in three ways during the week of camp.
Canteen: Day time snacks such as candy, chips, gatorade, iced coffee, soda, snacks and more.
Crafts: Fun activities and projects available during free-time daily.
Snack Shop: Evening snacks such as ice cream, fries, nachos, soft pretzels and more!
Canteen Budgeting Tips:
$5-$8 per day is pretty typical for most campers who stick to traditional canteen items. Crafts calling your name? Plan to spend closer to $10.00 per day.
We encourage campers to not spend all their canteen account on the first day, they will want treats all week and once its gone, its gone.
Campers will not be allowed to borrow from other campers or staff.

We want every camper who desires to be at camp to have an opportunity to do so. Chicagoland FC Camp has many funding opportunities available for those who need them. Please reach out to any of the following members of the Chicagoland Chapter of the Hutchinson Bell if you would like to know more about help with the cost of camp.
